A few things people ask.
Verdant Reserve is a household partnership, not a delivery service. The work happens in your kitchen, on your calendar, around your dietary structure. Meal prep is a transaction; the Reserve is a relationship.
No. Enrollment is intentional and limited (eight to ten households at any given time, depending on the mix of Retainer and Provision). New introductions typically come through existing clients or trusted partners.
Organic-first across produce, proteins, and pantry. We coordinate multi-store sourcing as needed, never substitute on the day, and maintain a household-specific list of preferences over time.
Greater Atlanta, with a controlled delivery radius. We are based intown and travel within our service area for both retainer and provisioning households; outside the radius is by exception.
Provision is billed weekly with a four-week minimum. Retainer is monthly, with a fourteen-day notice on either side to discontinue. Groceries and specialty ingredients are separate from service fees.
Either side can discontinue with fourteen days written notice. Weekly placements are reserved in advance, so the notice allows the schedule to transition cleanly — no penalty, no friction.
We ask for forty-eight hours notice when possible. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule within the same week when the calendar allows. Missed service days without notice may not be recoverable within that week.
Verdant Reserve is a one-chef practice by design — there is no anonymous substitute. If Kelli is unavailable, the affected week is rescheduled or credited, and households are given as much advance notice as the situation allows.
Kelli's expertise covers a wide range of dietary needs, including ketogenic, plant-based, Mediterranean, pescatarian, lower-FODMAP, GLP-1-aligned protocols, training-block macros, postnatal recovery, longevity-focused menus, and standard whole-food household cooking. Kosher and halal sourcing are accommodated by arrangement. The work begins with a conversation about how the household intends to eat.
